or voice call lasting around 15 minutes.

• ​What you want to focus on in counselling

 

• ​Any questions you might have. This is also a good time for parents to have a discussion with me. I offer 15 minutes for the parent and then 15 minutes for the young person.​

​My session cost is £60 for the counselling hour (50 minutes)

I do hold some space for lower cost sessions at £40 per session these do fill up quickly so please let me know and I am happy to put you on the waiting list.

We can also discuss fortnightly sessions to help spread the cost.
